The reason why there is ou is because i find that my function generator was supply the power somehow then i intentionally put 1k resistor to transistor.It did slow the voltage going upwards.

Swap transistor to IGBT so the galvanic power loop from generator willl go away, remove diode killing BEMF, attach 450V electrolitic capacitor instead of power supply, tune into resonance of main transformer with few wats LED bulb load.
For autotransformer it should be at least few Henries of inductance and should do conversion of BEMF into current on 1/10th resonant frequency of main driving circuit then charge cap from PS and try again.

Here I add wire to look like in video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GleKyj3S5C4 on 0:12. Because sems there is wire and no diode. Only 300 turns is to hight, need about 40-100 turns. And remove voltage multiplier.

Hi T-1000,

This device do not work the voltage still drops after switching off.I shall leave it to the rest.
I have tried IGBT already it was around 30 component mosfet,transistor before i choose BD533 a rather common component.
Please ignore the 300ohm resistor.it should be removed.

As a side note you should assemble real circuit because Multisim is not designed to do calculations in BEMF and cold electricity environment.
