Free Energy will change the World - Free Energy will stop Climate Change - Free Energy will give us hope
and we will not surrender until free energy will be enabled all over the world, to power planes, cars, ships and trains.
Free energy will help the poor to become independent of needing expensive fuels.
So all in all Free energy will bring far more peace to the world than any other invention has already brought to the world.

  Grum:
I'm aware of where the flex wire goes, but what I'm asking is what is this 3mm flex wire made of. Iron braid, copper braid, or what? As it was mentioned that it's important to help keep the Fets from burning up.

Hoppy: Thanks for uploading the pics.  Your circuit, like mine, seams to be very limited in not being able to light any higher wattage bulbs, nor anything like what Geo's circuit can do. Also if that circuit has a higher draw, than when connecting the bulb to the grid, then, something else is not right, as well. I'm not knocking it, I'm just saying that we need to look further for the trick to light higher wattage bulbs, without heating of components. Also, when looking at Geo's video, he is not using the 5 watt Zeners, and his oscillator is still staying fairly cool, at least for up to 7 hours run time, if I got that right. Anyway, just some observations... Thanks again for the pictures.

Here is an example of a fairly clear picture of my transistor version of the Royer circuit.
You can see where each connection goes, and is what is needed to be able to replicate a  circuit properly. Sorry, but I could not resize this image any smaller for some reason.

Nick,

Geo does not show a lumen comparison with the same lamp fed from the grid, so its not possible to assess from the videos he has so far shown, as to whether his higher wattage bulbs are consuming any more power than my 40W bulb. Anyway, as we have already discussed, to do this properly requires a calibrated light meter. I could quite easily increase the power transfer of my setup and light higher wattage bulbs by using a different coil design, which would essentially increase the gauge of my secondary coil wire. In my case, the power limitation is not with the Mazzilli.

Why do you need to see a close-up photo of someones Royer or Mazilli oscillator? All that is necessary is a circuit diagram, such as the one in the link I posted for you. This tells you exactly where each connection is made.

You can run your Mazzilli without the zeners if you keep the supply voltage around 12V, with some current limiting but as you are still learning the basics about electronics, its sensible to play safe and fit the zeners from the outset, especially as you will probably wish to eventually experiment with higher rail voltages once you are running reliably at 12V.

Hi Hoppy :)

With 36Volts Input I managed to get grid's lumins match with my output of the coils.  On 24Volts that I have shown on vids are as test to show. will light about 2.5 to 3kw of light not measured. as mentioned in very previous posts.
24Volts input looks like bit more  60% of brightness of grid but 36Volts it will match.

  Hoppy:
Thanks for your reply.  I was asking for close up pictures of a properly working circuit because practically no one has actually made an EXACT replication of the diagram, or of Geos circuit results. As even the slightest deviation can produce different results. And no one has yet been able to replicate his results, especially BRIGHTLY  lighting hundreds, or thousands of watts worth of bulbs. This is the reason for my insistence on full details, and pictures.
Geo has now provided us with even more details and information, which was what I was asking for, and I really do appreciate it. And I'm sure he will also cooperate by showing bulbs lit on a grid source as a comparison, when he has a chance.

:) You are Welcome Nickz, In every situation i will try to stay calm and show Happyness :), but all about patients as I am also busy.
Yes soon all other schematics and vids for closeups for everyone to see that it's that and nothing els :).

Cheerz~

So, Good "Quality Time", dear Geo! ... before "Quality Demo" of outpower and selfruning systems ^^

Cheers,
Khwartz.
