Here is a reply from Ruslan to the russian forum in russian, he has quit posting any more..

It seems that he is very child like, and he has thrown a temper tantrum like a small kid. By looking at his YouTube history of videos that he has seen it looks like he is in to cartoon stories (videos) and trains.. I have read and tracked all his posts on YT and it's very interesting as he wants to play with people and his toy is that power device which he holds on very tight..
He may have realized that a dissection of his technology is a work here and that he might have underestimated that ...

that was my two cents.. it is just amazing how much crumbs Ruslan and Roman have left here on the net...

  Looks like these last pics from Ruslan are his Akula second device imitation.
Or not? I don't know who came up with that design, first. Or, Who is replicating who's device.
   This last device does not look like a very complicated one, and something doable by some of us.
  Can't a nano pulse control board just be purchase, instead??? Or adapted from a commercial one. Just like using the store bought inverter, instead of making our own. Why screw with making our own, if they are available, and probably cheaper than buying the components and taking the needed time to make it ourselves.
  Ruslan is using a similar style and type of electrolytic capacitor and diode for his full bridge rectifier that I'm using, but it has all 4 diodes, instead of 2 like me.  I don't know what the small transformer after after the rectifier is doing.   
  Is there a diagram of that device, or is it the same as has been shown previously?
  We need to know just how he tunes these things by using the scope, and just what to look for.
  Sorry for my questions, I can't view any videos at the moment, but I will view them ALL, soon as possible.

Yes, that divice wery similar.

Here no diagram. I sugest it almost same... Here is kacher and base it grounded probarly.

[size=78%]He say, that дышать даже нельзя, divice must tuned wery fine. Kacher frenquency glued to fronts of low frenquency. You see fronts is on top on sine? So here not need sinchronisation, kacher automaticly gluing to fronts of low frenquency if you ajust frenquency quite close to needed muving primari coil of kacher up and down. Here my suggestions.[/size]

   Thanks again. As a nano pulser is not something that I've built or am familiar with, I was hoping a commercially made one could just be purchased and/or adapted for our use. Maybe one of you guys have some better ideas about that.

   I will continue tuning my Mazilli/yoke along with the Hv Ringer crt to see what can be obtained. Some good shocks at least....as ferrite cored Ringer circuits can put out over 1000v, and give intense RF burn.
When the ringer's output is connected to a diode, to convert to half wave Dc, the sparks are long and intense and can light a neon bulb violet colored, instead of the normal red/orange color. All fun to see.

   I'm still waiting for my zeners to arrive, which Tektron is sending. So, I can't really work properly until then. But, I'm doing what I can.
   
   I see that there is a video where Stefan has gone to see Akula. Interesting...
Although I haven't seen it myself, maybe some of you can look for it on youtube.
