Hi MenofFather. Thanks for the clarification on that.
I think we can conclude that there is no definite way as yet to determine
the frequency that the tesla coil is tuned to other than through trial and error, and it should
probably be tuned to somewhere between 1.5 MHz to 2 MHz, with 1.6 MHz being the approximate 
frequency Ruslan is currently using. I don't know if Ruslan has specifically stated anywhere what
exact wire length he is using for his grenade coil in his current (new) 24V device.

Hi MenoFFather.

I do not know. I watched his last video, where he presents the device working and he says there ,it works best at 1.8 MHz. But My opinion is it is so much individual. There is many parameters which also influence outputs. Different people will have different outputs. I think. Just grounding will mess up the frequency to somewhere else. Actually did you watch Akula, how he is tuning his coil?  First without ground and than with ground?  it was interesting.

Anyhow, I just messing with the katcher and the frequencies are allover the places. I move a little bit primary and get different readings. I use my multimeter  to read radio frequency. I know, Ruslan has said the primary coil should have diameter 2- 2.5 of secondary. But If I have my primary in such distance I get almost nothing on my primary. It is not strong to lit my fluorescent lamp nearby even with 24 V.
Any hint here?

Hi John. Itsu was specifically asking about how the 'bifilar inductor' is wound over the bottom of the grenade coil.
I think MenofFather and T-1000 have clarified that now. You apparently wind the first layer, and then use one
turn to go back to the starting position, and then wind the next layer, and so on.

Regarding the kacher, I saw the same problem in my own testing that if the primary on the tesla coil
is wound some distance (wide spacing) from the secondary coil, my kacher/tesla coil is not working as well.
Seems harder to get it to oscillate as well. Bias setting has to be just right. I still need to test a lot
further with that to see what is going on. Should work ok even though the primary is spaced
two or three fingers away from the secondary. Itsu's kacher seems to working fine with
fairly wide spacing on the primary.

Yeah what came out. There was a further question to Ruslan. He says in his video that inductor garnet has a length exactly half the length of the wire from a grenade while in scheme 2 layer is drawn everywhere. If you take the wire of the same cross section, which is wound around a pomegranate, it fits in a 3 (!) layer but does not 2. The video looks Ruslan inducer diameter approximately as the 4th layer grenades, and I have bulges on one layer ... So here's the question of cross-section wire to wind the inductor garnet and how many layers? How should the wire length corresponds grenades and inductor (or the approximate ratio of the number of turns)?

In one coment Ruslan wrote, that in that system is all same like in 12 volts system, so must be same and wire lenght.
