In new Ruslan video no kacher, pulses is going to inductor of 100 volts in takt with frenquency of push pull. He light 1260 W in full brightnes, then be hight voltage pulses. Now in video he light that lamps (1260 W) without hight voltage on not full brighness.

This morning i have setup this device with common mode choke and pulsed base of kacher transistor in series with resistor which is connected to nanosecond generator output 12Amp TC4451 driver since my nanosecond generator 74HC132 output is inverted.

toroid was not connected for this setup.

I am able to obtain nanosecond pulse at the Antenna at around 1.3kv 300ns at 30khz."Guys i have confirmed the kacher is able to produce nanosecond waveform"

But now i do have doubts since it's low frequency base on my in built jumper selectable signal generator LTC1799 which means i can no longer use the circuit Antenna to receive high frequency in Mhz and divide by 60.
There is no synchronization in this setup since my circuit Antenna which i have design is no longer applicable if kacher is running at low frequency  which is following "repetition frequency" of nanosecond pulse in khz.
Test pen barely lit but AV plug to led does work at antenna or touching the point to single earth wire

I am going back to the drawing board and i will be using PLL 4046 and need the Moustache waveform from small toroid for the synchronization to happen

I am currently working on PLL in virtual electronics environment.

The schematic posted in youtube related to Dave lawton was wrong.Back then i had insufficient experience with PLL.The resistor on pin 11 and pin 12 for 4046 should not be the same.
Resistor value for pin 12 should be higher than pin 11.The original diagram found in internet was worst ,pin 12 on 40426 was left unconnected.This cause the circuit to stop function mid way.

This project can be improved further if you can coat the 316L tubes with "Super corona dope"."I can't seems to get this stuff shipped out of USA back then"
I abandon this project due to safety concern due to confined working area."I may resume this project if i have run out of ideas on kapanadze"
My old video revealed what we can achieve using only 1 watt of power <5volts in order to split water.
