In https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zBAB5uYAeA8&t=11m29s Ruslan is talking about creating standing wave between grenade secondary and primary coils and hitting with pulse from Tesla coil to move charges. Also he talks about ground cable being winded into coil for a reason - to tune standing wave peak to be exactly under top load of Tesla coil where is inductor.
I just asked in comments there below to be sure - "So, the underlying principle of device operation is by hitting with electrical pulse over capacitive link to magnetic standing wave for making power amplification effect?"
Will see if he will reply to this and hopefully this is right on spot...

For kacher high voltage means high current.But no current to single wire to Earth wire detected with kacher.

Magpwr, I did a little research last night and came across something practical to share...

Everyone knows about a capacitive discharge circuit (see attach).

There two ways to wire this:
  One way is like the attached image, where the coil is connected to ground.
  The other way is to connect the high voltage to the coil side and charge the pulse cap through the coil, with one side of the pulse cap connected to ground.

There's a subtlety here in the the reference point; the function is the same.  With this CDI design, the pulse cap is completely discharged before the next cycle, but keep in mind, when the SCR triggers, you effectively create a tank circuit that will ring down until the SCR releases.  So all we need is a small trigger signal and a pulse capacitor that is matched to the primary of the Tesla coil.  We also remove all the filter caps from the output of the high voltage source and add a small inductor in series that will build a magnetic field while the SCR is triggered; once released, the magnetic field in the small inductor will immediately recharge the pulse cap.

Not sure if anyone has tried this, but on the surface is seems very straightforward, effective and reasonably easy to tune.  The other advantage is in the ground reference which may prove very useful to understand.

Stay with him T.  He may not even know exactly how his device works, but I'm certain he knows >100 theories that do not work or pan out by his experimentation.  Once we get this narrowed down to a handful of possible operating modes, we can engineer the principal however best suits our collection of resources.
