There is a web sight that talks about plasma particles from the sun is contributing to the chemicals in our atmosphere and perhaps emitting light when this happens. But this is only a minor contributor to the spectrum of light.

To say the sun produces no infrared in space is just plain crap.

  These little known types of circuits are what's keeping us from having a free energy device??? No one in the whole world can replicate them? The hundreds or thousands of electronic companies with fully equip labs, like Intel, G.E., H.P., Panasonic, or the even the NASA, are not able to replicate these little circuits? Or, maybe they already have, and much more, but aren't showing it.
 
   Can anyone help us to have some of these boards and circuits made for us? For those that may be interested in being able try them out?

The boards you see on the Ruslan videos are most likely development boards, so it would be important to use a supplier that is prepared to work along with you, to produce new versions as and when necessary. This is what I assume Ruslan is doing with his supplier. So, its not necessarily the case that a one-off board(s) is going to help you very much and I also assume that although Ruslan is not making the boards, he does have sufficient knowledge in electronics to guide his supplier as to what circuit variations he wishes to try out. Its OK if you have the necessary electronics knowledge and a friend or someone else that can do this for you at a an acceptable price but could prove expensive if these proto boards are produced commercially.

   You seam to be confusing what I said with some other subject. And I'm not going to tax this thread with unwanted information. 
  Light and Heat on the Earth come from the Sun.  You like that better?  Well, there you go. But, wouldn't you really like to know?
Or just believe what we are being told?  I guess that it boils down to who or what you believe to be true, instead. 
  Do you also believe in the government, the monetary system, corporate own water rights, electricity and gasoline production costs, and especially the NASA.

   Having some of boards made, possibly even from Oleg himself, is not something that is out of the question. At least it's the question that I'm planting now. I asked T-1000 for some help with this, but he has not answered.
   As far as I'm concerned, it may be better to think of how these boards could be obtained, than to try to make what Ruslan has shown, even in his latest videos. Which is not really a circuit that I'd like to try (or Ruslan) to build myself. Actually they look simple enough to build, but, getting them to work may be another thing.  However, that's still an option, to build it, and see what happens.

  First of all, remember that I'm NOT talking about light and heat within our atmosphere, where a satelite like the ones you mention is to orbit around the planet in close Earth orbit. I'm talking about what is past our Earth's atmosphere. Past our Earth's vortex. And there, there is NO light and NO heat to be seen, while going towards the Sun, or coming from the Sun.
  Therefore, there is NO light and NO heat coming to us from the Sun, like we're being told. It is produced here on earth, and the bit about dust being the cause of light, is just plain BS. As both light and heat diminish in proportion to the distance away from the Source. And so does magnetism, gravity, and all other spectrums of energy, etz...  So do the numbers...
  A space craft will heat up on re-entry due to friction from the atmosphere. But, NOT while in Outer Space.

  We have been brainwashed for a reason. That was my point.  And to look for the real reason that we are still being told these lies.   We are surrounded by many many alien space ships flying all around our planet all the time, but NASA says NOTHING, about that also.  And we still assume that we are the only life forms, because there is no proof otherwise.
Why have we not gone back to the moon in over 40 years???  They now know that there are already other beings there.
And those people may not have liked our warring, destructive, conquering, violent, ways.
I can't blame them. Just look at what is going on in our own back yard.

  I'm not here to argue, just would like to state what is not being stated.  You don't have to agree, or disagree.
Just keep it in mind, because this subject does relate to what we are trying to do here.  As the production of both light and heat is a very important subject, along with the production of food, by non-agro methods.

  We have a lot to learn from the likes of these guys, (below), who can travel great distances, at a blink of an eye.

Again, this is just not correct.  Are you saying that the Apollo missions were inside the earth's atmosphere? Geo-sync satellites orbiting at 22,500 miles above the earth, are they in the earth's atmosphere?

Apollo 8 was the first mission where they had to use the barbecue roll to protect the spacecraft.  (It was used on all of the following Apollo missions and was adapted for use with the Space Shuttle as well.)

So, as you can see, the earth's atmosphere had nothing to do with what the engineers from JPL required for material performance for the parts we made for them.  These were used in space.


Nothing to do with re-entry.


So, as you can see, there is plenty of heat, and cold in space.  NASA is not hiding anything as you claimed.
