    Thanks for the tips...  Yes, it does seam like my Kacher wants to run at lower 500Khz to 1Mhz ranges, to be effective. We'll see.
    According to my SG there are a lot of different resonant points, for the Kacher to run at. Of course there's always one best resonant point to chose to run with, if you can do so.  It helps to have a spectrum analyzer, to see where all these best peaks are at, in the first place.

Itsu, if you have any good circuit for nanosecond generator I am interested in. I started to think about Dally circuit again. Back to the very first page again to study it closer this time. I also got sick with katcher.  :)

Thanks Itsu.  :)  Where do you adjust the repetition rate in your circuit? Or does it get synchronized through the KHz pulsed power supply of 150V yoke output?
AG. Thanks for the proposals. But why only to use the 74hc132? What about the 74hc00?

Jeg,

Dally used the VCO pot (upper left in the Dally diagram) to manually set the  repetition rate.
I use the outputs (via switch S1) coming from either the PLL (green box in the ALLEGGA diagram) or lately from my small TL494 circuit before it goes to the MOSFET drivers to drive the push-pull circuit.
These are synced with the push-pull circuit.

Thanks for your answer and for your photos! I really like your job because it is the most simple construction I have seen until now. You don't even use your Katcher!!!

If there is no problem I'd like to ask you some things more about the high frequency pulses.

Do they need to be rectified before the antenna or just an AC high frequency signal will work ok? I see that Dally used one way pulses with nanosecond generator. But seems that Ruslan uses AC. What is your opinion on this? AC works ok? Or needs a rectification before antenna?
