Mediator makes it all possible,
The way I see Akula Circuits managing the effect must be a mediator  in connections within the circuit boards for it to work.

That's a good one, keep it up!
The next step is run it from the battery and use 220PSU input in the loop from the output. Also the sparking between ground wire and ground is a good sign for moving forward towards self runner.

The problem is you guys like to many others have no formula for the production of energy ? Or any I dear where its going to come from ? So how the hell are you going to run it independently if you don't know what is going to power it ? So you think its some kind of high frequency loop ?? No ! In fact you may find that at 60 hz you will run it much better and is legal tender at that current with not to many health and safety problems.

Yes well I'm  not as stupid as you like to think,  Partial pairs, your on about anti Mary again ;)I might know a good bit but none the less, unless i know what I'm doing I don't dabble with the nasty stuff,  I have asked a few where the energy is cumming from on here and none of them know ! so situation normal on this one while i find out more information this stuff.

However I have chatted with a few on here who recon they know what's going on, but if you listen to John Badini, Henry moray and others they talk about separating + and - electrons from each other with high voltage static separation oscillation and mixing to add energy for more output, but if you watch others experiments they end up with loss, i wonder why that could be ?

Then their is Eric Dollard now he knows what he is talking about, he says electrons exist in metal and for a hole to travel takes time as it's a wave and waves wast time generating magnetism, hence you get losses, now Tesla used Scala it's not the same, it's like me kicking you up the arse and you traveling along till you hit something   that's not a wave it's pressure!

You mentioned in your video that one of the push-pull transistors was getting hot, whilst the other one was running cold. This is exactly the condition that I had when the 'effect' was evident. The HV is having the effect of shutting down one side of the PWM and you will be able to disconnect one transistor and just run on one side - Tesla's unipolar pulse generator supplying the Kacher? Get yourself some measuring kit, like a DC clamp meter or scope and you will then see what's going on. As you have realised, keep that diode on your PSU to prevent smoke due to HV on the power rail. The PSU is working very hard by supplying a heavy pulsed current whilst the Kacher is running.

   Ok, looking good.
   What I see is that the green toroid is working as a transformer which is raising the voltage that's going to your kacher's driver circuit, to more than just what your normal 24v, 15A PS is putting out. Although at the expense of some of the current.
   Your frequency is running at in the audible ringing range, at around 10kHz.  With a couple more lower frequency resonant points.
   We still don't know if you are reaching OU, or can self run, yet.
