Can you post me PM with ONLY explaining what you already said , using a picture ? I can for example imagine a setup when the coil is attached to the center tap between two primary coils , thus acting as antenna (or extra coil as you wish)
Anyway, any bit of info is highly appreciated...

Verpies will correct me if I'm wrong here.  You want the lowest dielectric material between the conductors as possible, with air being about as good as you can get.

I am only going to add, that there is also an optimal diameter to length ratio of these High Impedance and ?High-Q coils.  Read this for details.

Yes, all high-k dielectrics are detrimental to the Q, even the PP pipe.  The best Q is an air coil with minimal scaffolding made out of plastic rods.

Just because Akula and Ruslan can get away with lowered Q does not mean that you can.  Your other components might not be  comparable to theirs and you do not want the lowered Q to be the proverbial straw that broke the camel's back.

ha ha silver wire, struth that will be expensive ! but if you put it in water on it's day off and you pulse it with 7.83 hz you could make your own collide silver, it's a rich mans type of nanoparticle penicillin, look it up it can kill most crap the yanks invent over time you can do the same with gold if you have arthritis. A bit of usless info for you.

If you'd like to play this way, the vacuum chamber tank would have to be huge compared to the size of the coil in order not to introduce any losses in its proximity.

The wire should be silver, all right, but not a solid wire.  Instead, i should be a fine Litz wire.
This article refers to it as "current pushing" or "current bunching" but EEs often refer to it as the "skin effect" and "proximity effect".
