These little power transformers are pretty common on the control panel of microwave ovens.  I also have some old power modules for fluorescent lit LCD panels that seem to have similar looking transformers.

Also in that clip NOTICE THE 3 TURNS of wire around the green toroid going to the PCB.

I do see the shield ground of the transformer; that wire goes through the toroid and under to the bottom side of the PCB.

Not real sure what the 3 turns of mag wire around the toroid is being used for.  Probably worth tinkering with.

OK, it is Tesla's extra coil setup.

Question #1: Can this setup generate (collect) additional energy?
Question #2: Can this setup generate (collect) additional energy and thereby work at 50Hz?

Because I can't see Tesla coils or delicate electronics (real working not decoy), neither in Kapanadze video, nor in Stepanov video, nor in Barbosa video. All those devices are working at grid frequency without mos transistors or something like that but with elementary electric components.

Also sending energy across the universe is not my intention, I rather want energy collecting from it.

You don't want to send energy to space ?  but you want to receive from it .... with excess !
In preference in 50hz without coils and "delicate" components " and with not complicated but elementary parts ! 
I'll make a set circuit to suit your mood.....

This is presumably what Nelson is referring to as an 'open' primary coil, which is technically not really 'open at the appropriate frequency owing to capacitive coupling.

Kapanadze, Stepanov, Barbosa: all showing a device running at 50Hz low current in and 50Hz high current out, but we should not care about that.

No offense, but this sounds to me like a deliberate distraction tactic.

My idea of that electric system (see below) is that a cell phone battery (even more than one) could be hidden easily in it, and hence you doing just some funny things with that battery's energy, but nothing outside the box. It would be not the first time that one makes a battery look like a transformer. Now I'm sure you can prove that this setup works without any hidden power source (so we can see if you indeed talk the truth).
