As it happens I do have a new boxed cheapo Chinese 24V / 300W PSU like Ruslan's but because of postage costs, it would cost you more than you could buy it for direct from ebay. 10A Example here.

One of many ways is:
1) Disconnect push-pull. Short grenade output and leave it connected to the ground.
2) Attach current probe to the shorted grenade.
3) Run katcher with pulse trains (the power to the Tesla coil primary have to be cut as soon when amplitude on the secondary reach peaks).
- I have considerable problems associated with the circuit breaker,to provide adequate power to the primary coil Tesla (Take into account the 130V.) with little starting power slightly milliampere!
even gaps in the form of electrical plasma is negligible ?
Ground both ends grenade,closed circuit (in my case) killing all power from the antenna.
I would like to know how to operate this circuit breaker providing power to the Tesla coil in exchange for amps is it possible?
