The guys came to Russian free energy forums without knowledge in the development of electronic devices. I told on the forums  what and how to do.
They did what they had the mind for.
Very good forum on circuitry of high-voltage converters, Tesla coils, X-ray, HF-microwave, i got a lot of knowledge there:

but not everyone is allowed to go, it is difficult to register for beginners.
And on that forum do not like the inventors of perpetual motion machines.

   I'll post a diagram of Stalker's kacher, as it maybe what I'll have to build up as well as the interptor circuit.
As his diagrams are on separate sheets. His kacher circuit should also be controllable both in duty cycle and frequency. Right? I'll post his kacher diagram in my next post.
  I can fit one Schmitt trigger IC on my TL494 board, and run  two more of those ICs on a separate board with the kacher circuit.

the kacher will not be controllable in frequency, it will oscillate on its predetermined self-oscillation frequency.
What controllable is is: the moment of activating the kacher, the duration of such an activation, the position compared to the push pull (sine) wave and the number of those pulses.

Look at this Stalker video from about minute 14, you will see the pulses being created by his circuit.

User Sergh seems very knowledgeable in both electronics and Russian, so he might be able to explain the specifics mentioned in that Stalker video.

I don't want to keep stating the obvious but you don't need to ask Serge you can do it your self 'Google', use google youtube
click cc then translate to English then step through the video read subtitle on the screen and make notes! simple.
Asking others you lose in the translation as it gets truncated, any way your choice.

Any way you really need to under stand what's going on in stalkers video's before you lose them, it's time consuming, but you need to get your head round it.

PS note The Stalker down load site, I had a look at it, and ended up with it knocking out my virus protection software and having to erase spy ware, be aware.

The katcher is self-resonant with Tesla coil and there are no frequency/duty cycle controls. The main addition to that is the interrupter which abruptly shuts down katcher when powering off signal is on input.

If you are looking for duty cycle and frequency controls it is driver not katcher. I had a lot time spent with that but finding difficult to get best output from Tesla coil when it does not match on the frequency given from driver.
