If you live in China, then I hope you are joking.  China is of course one of the most
censored countries in the world. As you know, the internet and news in China is highly censored and controlled.
Also, in China you must never publicly criticize the Chinese government or you will likely end up in big trouble.

I think he may mean mineral oil. It can be used to cool electrical devices
by submerging electric devices like transformers or even computer servers in it, I believe.

No i meant water for measuring its temperature rise.

Hi Jeg. I am not sure which has a higher electrical resistance,
mineral oil or distilled water. You may possibly still get some energy loss due to
electrolysis of water even with distilled water depending on the voltages used,
but at lower voltages it should be a relatively small.

Jeg, does your Rigol scope have math functions to multiply the current waveform by
the voltage waveform and then take the average of that product?
