I don't think it works based on resonance as understood in electronics. Even Tesla said he can control resonance so the same about Kapanadze or Melnichenko

Tesla tried to use the resonance only for the wireless transmission of energy from a conventional power station to consumers. He never promised anything else. He never suggested using resonance directly to get free energy. Conventionally, we can consider the energy of the Niagara Falls, which can be used by a hydroelectric power plant, as free energy. But no one will supply such energy without payment.

Tesla wrote about getting high power - he wrote about electric power, not about electric energy. Any schoolchild can get now high power impulse when charging a big capacitor and shorting it with a screwdriver. yes that's all very amusing, and just because someone might be 80 doesn't mean they are no longer potent anyway haven't you got anything working to show us or perhaps an idea in the making to exhibit?

You are right, who wants to pick mushrooms is not stay 5 meters away from them but 50 centimeters away is optimum.
The idea is: you have a Tesla coil? you have an overunity device.
it does not matter how you pick up the energy from Tesla Coil. like Ruslan with transponder!?  Like Poma with a simple coil wound on secondary TC?! Like Kapanadze  very simple way ( I do not know how ) , all of them use the Tesla principle and ideias.
Of course, those who wanted to show something they made complicated things to be difficult to reproduce, like Ruslan's devices and others. Easy way to reproduce means not selling his own devices.
