Hi all,
Just a few side notes after spending more than 2 hours on watching of Sergej Panov videos. Hopefully that will be useful.

His fake "replication" of Ruslan Kulabuxov was based on hidden 220V phase wire going to relay under begining of ground cable - https://youtu.be/Gy5za1r5gCw?t=1591
Which might be true about Ruslan Kulabuxov case (see markings on ground wire beginings with "bumps" on one side and why they are not over all ground cable) but still.. It does not mean there are no real devices.  And for strong reference to real devices there is really old N. Tesla quote about stray frequency discharging low frequency current on explosive rate.. Which may be used on intent between ground/air potential difference (ref to one of many articles about it - http://www.tfcbooks.com/articles/tunguska.htm )  So in short it is up to everyone for finding a way to convert ambient energy around us into useful form if you still do not give up on cases such I just described above...

   I wonder why he only shows lighting up a small low wattage bulb. But, I don't understand a thing that he is saying.   It does look like his device version was carefully made,

On this device there is relay in bottom right corner next to ground wire socket. On close camera look-up you can see cut wire on relay contact.
This is not showing properly showing off when device powered but can be still seen on some video frames in slow motion replay.


The katcher and push-pull circuits there made as working parts but they are not doing anything useful except distraction from what is really happening.

Nick my friend, that 'pic' you show it won't pan the pic frame to the left as it is where the earth cable is. To see that 'wire' you're on about! Watch his vids another thing the sine wave pic you show with the pulses' you need to watch Sergei's videos and watch themmmmmmmmmmmmmmm! 
and on one pic at the bottom is a CC button click it! then click translate, then find reading glasses and put on your head.  , great now you're ready to go.

PS there is some sort of word correction on this thing and it keeps screwing up what i type.

The thick white wire around the Katcher 6turn pulser he has used anyone know what it's ordering code is and where to get it?

    Guys:    Ok, this sound like a case for Hoppy, and his magnifier.  I don't see a relay, looks more like a black capacitor or something round, to me. And if AG is mentioning something about a  "cut wire", where the finger is pointing, that doesn't look like a wire to me either. So, if those are the clues to this being a fake build that does nothing...  it's not much to go on. What if it does work??? Are you so sure that it's a fake, just from looking at these blurry videos and pics?  I'm not. Not from those clues, at least.

   Concerning the fish wave form.  I think itsu could possibly lend a hand on that one. But, to me, it's what results from the Stalker controllable Kacher circuit, which I recently posted an image of, and diagram of, also. Not due to a "standing wave", but to the fairly complicated controlable kacher circuit that he uses. Itsu made that same circuit. But, I can't find the videos he made of it, which were posted on youtube.
