As an Educational interest, I was looking into the following.
I was looking into using an SCR as a flyback device. for obvious reasons,
you do know what its structure is like its two transistors turning each other on in a small current to be held in lock the problem with this is it has loads of capacitance and it's got a junction hold voltage of nearly 2 volts witch this and the fact its feed needs turning off makes it rather useless.

If a MOS FET is used you would need a stack of them to bring the dynamic resistance down re 'Philippine guy  Ismael Aviso' thus doing away with spark gap this would create other problems like driving them and device speed.

Hallo Zalmoxis  I made a sweep with the function generator from 100kHZ to 10 MHz   .
I see 3 peak resonance frequencies : small peak at 873 kHz  biggest peak at 1,55 MHz  and than a smaller peak at 3,35 MHz

Use a 20 cm wire to connect cold end of the grenate with 10-20m grounding wire, use a small torroid on that 20 cm wire and put oscilloscope on it, and on the hot end of the granate just connect the hot wire of the signal generator , push sine wave and use high impedance output , and see how that grounding wire affects your 873Khz , 1,55Mhz  and 3,35Mhz I'm very interested into the result

   They aren't doing anything at OUR, either.   And there is nothing to replicate, that works.   We have been led to nowhere, on purpose.   Free energy is on hold...
