Yes it seems that works in resonance. In series resonance like in Ruslan's device. It is so impressive. For sure it consumes a lot of current. But how much current a welding maschine needs? He works on camera none stop for a half an hour! Do you think that his batteries can afford all this load?

  I don't know about these orientals, they seam to act as if cheating and lying are the norm.
