You were right about the relay. I tried one and gives me a nice 50hz signal at the output. The point is to create a dc output with high preasure, choped every 10ms by the use of this relay. This can drive any load at 50hz like a motor for example.

Yes it seems that works in resonance. In series resonance like in Ruslan's device. It is so impressive. For sure it consumes a lot of current. But how much current a welding maschine needs? He works on camera none stop for a half an hour! Do you think that his batteries can afford all this load? 
The published circuit does not correspond to his result...of cource!

I remember this device very well, the video isn't showing the special ferrox device module build it's rely special and is at the heart of the device

How did Max down load the video, it kept asking me to down load to an 'I' phone !

   Jeg:  Yes, but the "kapa" or Kapagen in all it's versions, has never been known to be a free energy device.
Many tried, and many failed.  Just like with the Akula/Ruslan devices. So, we don't know what's up with that, yet.
There are some interesting things that can be done with it though. Self running is not one of them. Nor will that (noisy?) common car relay last more than a short while. Leave in running like overnight, and I bet that it wont make it to the next day.
That is why I choose the solid state type of device, with no moving parts.
   Like I said, the orientals just can't be trusted, nor can the Russians. But you may have to trust somebody, if OU is the goal.
   As that type of device is originally a Slav technology. Like the Kapanadze devices, etz...Of course everyone else want to know how it's done. But, they don't know.   Nor do we... until, we do... and I'm still hot on the trail. Believe me...
   We already know that pulse technologies are more efficient. But that won't help much, nor will they run, without a power source.
   
   The kapagen type device using twin spiral tesla type of pancake coils powered by the single electric convection burner stove  seams like a better way to go, as far as efficiency goes. And for now better efficiency is a step in the right direction.
