Pin 3 on TL494 is output.Yes, I see it is grounded on many schematics. Not sure if it is a good idea.
AFAIK Ruslan never gave any schematics, what you see most probably is just somebody's attempt to reverse engineer the device.Don't place electronics too close to Tesla coil or kacher.If necessary put it inside shielding.(Just a usual design rules)

Conaco so if your using 1.6 mhz is your wire in your grenade 46.875 meters in lengrth ?

The wire of my grenade coil is 37.5 m and inductor is10 m. I found 1.6 Mhz with my Function generator like Itsu or Ruslan.
First big amplitude was at 880Khz and the bigest amplitude was at 1650 Khz (1.65 Mhz) I remember in Itsu device it was 1.5x Mhz and at Ruslan devices was 1.8 Mhz. Look at secondary Tesla coil, if it is short that means a big frequency signal for grenade coil

That's interesting the formula is speed of light 300,000,000. divide by 4 number of fixed nodes then divide by wire length = freq in Hz
you then need C to be added to get max amplitude or Q as resonance will vary with wire dia used, that's the theory any way for grenade.

He then (Ruslan) divides that by 50 and that should give you the yolk frequency, It's in the panav video if you translate it.
however I'm unable to confirm wether the device works or not. Perhaps some one on the thread can.
