Hi

Hi 'not me',

Thanks for the pictures, somewhere else I already saw this idea and it seems to get over the sticky spot in relation to the two facing motors but when I asked whether the load you place across the motor coils would cause a mechanical drag onto the joint rotors when you start driving the common shaft?  i.e. normal Lenz effect, then I got no answer,  LOL

So do you have any info or experience on any Lenz drag to the mechanical prime mover when you load the output coils?

Thanks,  Gyula

I can clearly see that by bolting the two drives together and tuning them you can reduce (or get rid of completely) the sticky spots for the steppers. That will simply make this setup more efficient. Correct me if I am wrong, but there is no over-unity here.

Do you have any data for the setup? I'd love to see some figures.

Regards,
