Capacitor Charger - 6v to 340V

I found a Circuit which charge Capacitor and discharge High Voltage.

im not expert in electronics. but i would like to know is it possible to charge many Capacitors Banks and use it to run something and at the same time charge another Capacitor Bank (charge/use - vise versa)
