  Tinselkoala, magluvin and pirate88719 are correct, I did steal their idea.
I will have nothing to do with this except for this one post and when pirate88719 buys me a one way ticket out of America, I will be gone with a perpetual smile on my face.
As you can see, this is what tinselkoala built, you just need to look at his video with a discerning eye.
I prefer Bessler's wheel to this.
Of course, anyone who watched tinselkoala's video and read the thread pirate88719 realized this is what they were discussing and I should not have tried stealing their idea.

But with a 9 inch static head on the 1/2 inch dia., the 1 inch tube would have 3 times the volume being 2 1/4 inches shorter in height.
And something like that might allow Bill's, alan's and Mags' invention to work. Why ? They could tell you that the WEIGHT of the water in the shorter, larger diameter tube will have more force than the taller smaller diameter tube. And because of this, as the larger diameter tube compresses the air chamber that it pumps out the water in the through the taller static head because it has less force. and this would allow the larger diameter tube to keep pumping water into the chamber because it has the most potential.

To mags, ab hammer/tinselkaola and pirate88719, I do apologize for trying to steal your guys' invention.

p.s. since water flows down hill, once the water is seen pumping up higher in the
smaller diameter tube, a little below that point or more if a sufficient difference is noticed, the pipe can be cut and then the water could be allowed to flow back to the fill tube.

edited to add; A is the static head for the narrow, less volumous tube and B is the static head for the shorter, larger diameter pipe.
and the red line shows the top of the loop seal. water has to be higher on the discharge side to prevent air from flowing out of the chamber the water is flowing into otherwise it will not compress.

edited toadd; by having water already in the discharge side like with heron's fountain, then when filling the fill tube, no air would be escaping the chamber. And once a discharge tube height is decided, all that is needed is to increase the diameter of the fill tube until water pumps out of the discharge tube.
because the larger diameter tube is creating the air pressure, the only question is how much pressure does it take ?

  And if it is found out that hving the larger tube drop straight down into the water and that having an expansion chamber
allows the 2 static heads to act independently, then it is ghost's invention alone.

still getting pm's about giving idea's away freely. yet for this, those same people want credit but don't care to work with other people or donate patent rights to charity.
guess if people cant have tne money, they want the bragging rights to having the same idea a hundred other people have had.

  I'll let all of you know why I think giving away a workable idea like a perpetual herons fountain so funny.
Americans call countries like Norway and Sweden welfare states and I am being treated by the V.A.
And while those people believe in charity, it is for themselves.
If I'm going to give something away, it will be to a charity that helps people.

Nothing in this thread addresses my ACTUAL idea and improvement to Heron's Fountain. To use my handle in the title is a misrepresentation, a distortion, another outright LIE.

Make all the silly bogus whining claims you like, but do not involve me unless you GET IT RIGHT. And you have not gotten it right.
