Is there anyone who has a lead on a supplier for quadrupole magnets?

freeenergyman2005

Hey, Mark, ditto that request!!

I'm not turning up anything. However, I did pick up a hint that the older speaker magnets were quadrupole and perhaps the newer ones are too. I intend to trip around to the shops with my bar magnet and check them out.

Are you looking for multipole rotor magnets?

Not quite, Jim_Mich. The configuration looks like this.

what's "quadropole" about that?

"quadro"= four,
all I see is a radially polarised magnet,
with the normal magnetic "dipole" of North and South
oriented radially (from the center outward).

I see no four different poles. No "quadropole"...
