Thx for posting this ,I suppose Bouyancy is the driving force?, One thing
does seem certain, the mechanism for harvesting and focusing this rising air in water into a driving force appears to be designed by a man well versed
in Turbines and Maximizing every shread of available energy.

I'm sure he has a few other techniques to enhance this at the Air water interface?
