different brightness can be made by air ( air's speed 30km/s with Earth )
light go opposite to air or like air with Earth

If we will made test in vacuum we schould see lower brightness different
compare to AIR in my home
above = evidence that exist Aether ( Inertia of Air = Inertia of Aether)

If exist Aether and light go from point A to B
for me it mean many single fotoemisions efects
and light is moning like a passanger ( Aether take light and go Vo )

Hz is important for fotoemision efect !!!
If Aether has got velocity we will not have ISOTROPY POWER !!!

IN MY HOME TEST I USE LED ( constant Hz ) with arrow and opposite to Vo arrow I schould see different efficiency ( and I saw )
