So the obstacle is exclusively in the sequence of letters
'h', 'a', 'c', 'k', 'e', 'r' -

in the domain name of redirection destination.

and there should be no problem with registration on www.OpenSourceEnergy.NET
so what happens when you try to register?
you get some kind of error?

Why not to park the OpenSourceEnergy.NET
                 on hackersclub.net/opensourceenergy
?

Then edit Settings.php:
$boardurl = 'http://opensourceenergy.net';

and upload and browse repair_settings.php .

it just keeps adding more register.com banners when you click on other links like Login or Register.
any by pass for that?

it was set back to the way it was.

it wont work because every link you click will keep directing to to the main page.
