Every week for years I've been trying to get good info on the net about this device. It's reportedly supposed to be able to store 4 million volts. The only thing I have ever found is obscure references to it. Does anyone got anything on this.

I first hunted though 600 cds after exhausting searches on the net. The info didn't make it into my library probably because of picking up a virus and loosing it. Information they don't want you to have disappears every day. Case in point try searching (scaler array contruction) or any like search and you will get nothing.

Best I can remember, it had something to do with Tesla and some guy called Cook or Crook , something like that, and had information about exchanges with Russian people too. Well I'll look now and then, it will pop up again sooner or later.

'Scaler' is spelled as 'scalar' and 'Crook' as in 'Crook's tube'. You should get better search results with these keywords.

It's spelled both ways, different languages you know, I think you loose a lot from your internet seaches. I stand by my words and at least 90 percent of the information exchanged with this European Dr. is still top secret. You need to do some reading.
(That can also be spelled Europian) You won't get anything out of the search , scalar array construction either.

What I really need to do is make a move to a + and - capable cd-dvd jukebox and get a better document word seach program that searches pdf files too.
