Hi,

During or experiments with Plasma (Cold Fusion) Reactor at December 29th last year we have detected strange signal from outside of circuit.

I asked friend of mine   for advice ,who is familiar with low frequency propagation .
After looking this video, he told me that the source of this signal could be  thousands kilometers from my location. He told me that HAARP works  on similar frequency. Of course no evidence that it was from HAARP.
