I know that sounds crazy but why people after eliminating all those bad guys just stop producing any weapon around all of the world in every place ?  Imagine how much resource can be freed to invent a cure for ebola or other diseasses....

Sad to say that there always have been, and always will be, bad guys.  Guys that would slit your throat for a pack of gum.  Weapons will always be needed.  I wish this were not the case, but it is.
