Well as far as I can tell Tesla was an honest gentleman, a genius and a great inventor. His inventions worked and many did come out into the marked. Did he mention over unity from his inventions? I don't think he did. His inventions did what they were supposed to do, no more.  Bearden on the other hand did promise overunity from his MEG. He promised working units would be made in 2003 (http://www.rense.com/general21/free.htm). Well, 11 years later I am still waiting and so are the investors.  Its unfortunate I had to mention this crooks name in the same post as Tesla as the two are true opposites. Bearden would not put any OU devices onto the market, why would he, he doesnt have any.

Nikola Tesla DID mention Over Unity.

For one, remember his Magnifying Transmitter. Then do more research.

He apparently did discover how to abstract energy out of the , what we would presently call the Quantum Field, and demonstrated it on numerous times.

I also greatly admire his true humanitarian intentions, and honesty. In my mind he personified the title of true gentleman.

I could not find any statements by Tesla regarding the magnifying transmitter that are indicative of overunity without any doubts when not taken out of context.  I would appreciate being shown that I am wrong regarding this!  What he definitely said was that was a device for transmitting power to distant places without the need of wires.  Where does he mention that constant power out is more than constant power in, he only talks of rates of power being greater, which we can all achieve when charging capacitors slowly discharging them quickly.

I think bearden and bedini etc with their multimillion dollar equip are in exellent position to know overunit when they see it and have given some valuable info in my opinion but I doubt they will just throw a working device out for every1 to see.they are more guidence teachers.most of the circuits which they give away are basicly efficiency savers as opposed to overunit.they hold the good stuff back I reckon.

Nothing wrong with that, after all they spent time and money investigating OU. Except that Bearden's company promised production to its investors. We are talking 11 years of non production. Each and every one of these OU companies never deliver. No regular company reports either.
