So I have did few tests with assymetric capacitor... Lot of ozone created
But I am able to create some force that it can change weight for few grams even that measurement tool is 20cm away. Very interesting.

Also I am able to change weight of a big 1m paper box (weight measured 1m away from the device - under the box). The device was attached to top part of the box.
Weight differences was just 1 gram.

This phenomenon works even with Symetric capacitor!
For example, I can move whole electrolytic capacitor between positive to negative terminal only by starting the device.

And lastly, I am able to attract or pull away light objects with only positive terminal (no negative terminal wired out from HV transformer).
Attraction force and orientation can be changed by frequency (I've tried frequencies mostly between 2KHz to 25KHz).

u should make a video and post it.  I am quite interested on this topic.  I suspected that high voltage is related to gravity just as high current is related to magnetism.

I will try to record this phenomenon.
All in all, we can't be sure whether something is caused by ion wind or other force. Problem is, that ion wind can be byproduct for e.g. gravitational space difference or it is main part of the force or it is only another force among other, unknown yet.

This one finally tells us, that ion thruster are definitively worth to study and that there is very big potential.
From this research it is clear, that efficiency can much greater than known propulsion systems.
Only problem is - Voltage. We should check, how to make ultra high voltage with less effort at great efficiency.

Also I believe, that ion thruster efficiency can be boosted with ion accelerator very well. In reality, even NASA's ion thruster in Deep Space 1 module has such accelerator. But its propelant is Xenon instead of Air so it can be used anywhere in our cosmos.
I guess that with higher acceleration we should be able to collide propelant molecules to much better extent.
So then even with voltage level around 20kV we could be able to get at least few Newtons. DS1 is capable of approx. 0.5N which is very poor, especially in earth's gravity.

So ion thrusters are in reality very primitive, but public reasarch is missing or is hidden from our eyes.
We are able to get lifting force with few miliwatts. But what about few kW? We can theorethically develop enormous forces.

Problem is, that higher thrust you need, bigger air gap is required, but then higher voltage is needed as well.
So once we are able to develop extreme high voltages, this propulsion can be used with perfect efficiency and results.

I guess, that Megavolts, superconductors for transformers and ion acceleration magnetic field would be ideal.
