Nay, that is fiction.

Now that depends.  At the highest levels that is
certainly the reality.  At the lower levels leaving
(or refusing the offer) is clearly a possibility.

As I said, Satanism has never been my thing.
Consequently I didn't follow the path of recruitment
or seek entry into any of the secret societies.  I
simply had some talent which they thought may
be useful to their endeavors.  I was never in possession
of any 'knowledge' which places one beyond the point
of return.

With the exception of perhaps two 'parties' I never
partook of any of their 'benefits' which in reality were
'traps' of compromise.  Sexual entrapment is one of their
choice hooks but since I'd been around the block a few
times as a sailor I was well aware of their intent.

I should add that the 'parties' were straight.  Homosexual
'candidates' are dealt with in other circumstances with
other temptations.

Once one enters through the mirror into the realm of the Borg
escape is impossible.  Many who are being 'processed' fail
to see that fatal detail.
