Free Energy will change the World - Free Energy will stop Climate Change - Free Energy will give us hope
and we will not surrender until free energy will be enabled all over the world, to power planes, cars, ships and trains.
Free energy will help the poor to become independent of needing expensive fuels.
So all in all Free energy will bring far more peace to the world than any other invention has already brought to the world.

Hello,
My name is Jason Ballash. I am one of the co-founders of a newly formed group named KymoGen. We have recently designed a unique style of wave energy generator. We are very excited about how this system will provide clean, renewable energy to homes and communities that are near water. I am posting on these forums to gain awareness of our project, and to discuss any thoughts or suggestions on this project as we move forward.

We are now entering the early prototype phase, and we are very interested in your feedback throughout this project. If you would like to know more about the KymoGen, you can check out our initial press release below to learn more.  I will post more info once we get our prototype up and running.  Thank you all for your support.

Hi KymoGen1,
This technology are not new , in my country (Portugal) at 8 years this type of technology is tested in our coastal zone (Aveiro) but unfortunately  did not pursue the project. The project was being conducted by the University of Minho.
I think this kind of Technological can be very promising and very profitable.
I await more news.

Thanks

Great idea!
Some people use  it for the propulsion as well:

Thank you for your feedback and support! We also believe this technology is very promising, and our design will help prove that. It is shocking how much kinetic energy is stored in every wave. Even small waves contain tremendous potential. There are roughly 372,000 miles of coastline on this earth. Over 2.4 billion people live within 60 miles of a coastline. The energy is right on their doorsteps, just waiting to be harnessed.

I always wondered about how best to extract most of the energy from a wave. If you mount a buoy on a post the up and down motion is used and if you allow the buoy to shift side to side you capture another vector of the wave. In this case good show if it captures both.
