The idea is the follow:

If i mix 2 gases that can combine eachself with the other with few energy,we can bring a container with with two gases up to high atmosfere,combine them, using the formula PV=nrt we observe that the moles of gas decreese ,so we have the container became smaller cause pression inside decreese.
Archimedes force actin on the container now become smaller and if we have a conterweight we obtain energy. At the bottom of the system,on the see level we disgregate gases with few energy and restart the cicle. I supponse to have the key of this system,but i let you thing as i do.

You make the assumption that you can combine the gasses in one reaction and reclaim them in another without energy cost for the phase conversions.  That is not true.  If for instance we electrolyze water into H₂ and O₂ gasses at room temperature, in the best possible case, about 1/6th of the input energy ends-up stored in the phase transition from liquid to gas.  In the ideal case of combusting the gasses we reclaim a good portion of that stored energy as useful energy.
