We already have free energy devices in the way of solar panels. So if a free energy device was going to save all the starving children in Africa,then why dont they have the !already available!free energy devices saving there live's?.Why are solar panels not pumping there fresh water,providing them with food,electricity,and the likes?.

The problem with solar panels is they are costly and not efficient (14 to 18%) and therefore take up much space which could be used for farming. So not a good choice for 3rd world use.
Your device seems to be inexpensive, over 120% efficient and take little space. Seems  to be a much better choice, no?

And what direction should i have gone in Luc?.
It was my understanding that the first thing that should be done,is a correct measuring protocol to confirm the results of such a device-which is what i did. The complete schematic was concealed so as we didnt get another situation such as the teslatronics debarkle,or some one placing a patent on the device,and stopping development. But it would seem that when measurements become too correct,and start to show what some deem !not for public disclosure!,then the brakes are applied.

The standard way, share so others can replicate the effect while you do power tests.
There will always be people who want to steal!... why would you care about them if it's available for free and thousands of people are building them?  where would they profit for it if it's already gone viral?  do you think they could stop it after they get a patent?
However, by not sharing it was easy for them to deal with one person, no?

It is odd that TK should say such things as!i have an obligation! to disclose,when i remember one of his post from way back that stuck in my head,and it went something like this-->if i had a free energy device,you wouldnt see me for dust-i would be going after the big buck's.
He probably wont remember saying this,but it is buried here some where in the forum amongst his 12000 odd post.

You may be right!... it would remain to be seen what he would do as it's easy to wite such a thing but to do, it would have to be your very being and way of life.

Unfortunately it is a misguided truth that is not a truth at all. We already have free energy devices in the way of solar panels. Jungle canopy, rain, acquisition cost, energy storage cost, vulnerability to theft are all things that make widespread solar power in sub-Saharan Africa an issue.  Much has been done to use small scale solar to reduce the use of kerosene for lighting.  It is a start.

I am unclear on the last part.  But you have been cooperative in making adjustments and taking measurements according to requests.

If you think that you ahve discovered something valuable then you are not under any obligation to give it away.  How generous you feel is entirely up to you.  I think that there is plenty of time to fine tune generosity after you are sure about what you do or do not have.

That is a good point, and it all boils down to economics. However, you should realize that the "starving children" are being used here as just one example of the problems that a free energy technology would solve. It would create other problems for sure... collapse of the oil-based petrodollar economy being just one of them. Especially if it's a technology that doesn't need complicated factories and advanced manufacturing technology like solar panels do.
The moral obligation still exists, as far as I am concerned. The world is like a drowning man ... wouldn't you throw him a line, if you really could?

Let us say, rather, that what you did was to apply _a_ measuring protocol, that confirmed other _measurements_ which indicated OU results. There are other measurement protocols, such as what minnie calls "the Koala test", i. e. daisy-chaining... which not only would _confirm_ results but would also be a practical way of extracting and using the OU. If the Koala test could be passed, that is. Personally, I doubt that your device can pass it. But we will never know, will we.

Yes, of course I remember saying it. Half in jest of course. (Are we quite sure that isn't just exactly what you are doing?) I still have some connections that would allow me to bring a usable free energy product to worldwide distribution in just a few months, both throwing the drowning man a line and benefitting myself greatly. And I'd be happy to do that for you and your device too, if it passed the Koala daisy-chaining test. We would both benefit greatly. But, clearly, if your or my discovery infringed on someone else's patent, I wouldn't be able to do it, at least not quite in that way.
I can set you up with my contacts if you like, and you would have full intellectual property protection, NDAs, all of that, of course. And you'd stand to make some nice money off your invention. Is that a bad thing? I don't think so.
But of course we know you can't, because of that little meeting. Or maybe... because it just really can't pass the Koala daisy-chain test, demonstrating that, in spite of the chosen measurement technique, it doesn't really put out more power than it takes in after all. But we'll never know, will we.

There are many ways the videos could be faked. Holes drilled through the table leading to the underside of the PCB and to the switch that adds the extra power from a hidden source is just one way of many. Did you ever wonder why the switch was on the PCB and not directly at the lamp?

But lets suppose it wasn't a fake and Tinman truly believed he had something unique. Why would anyone believe Tinman is so pure as to be above the "Gollum Effect". When greed kicks in, as it usually does, we see the same story invented over and over again of a "visit" so that the person does not have to share "the secret" with his friends on the open source forums.

The M.O. is almost classic on OU forums.

This explanation is Occams Razor at work, the simplest and most logical explanation.

Many gave their time and energy freely to Tinman over the years, as part of a community, helping him find the flaw in his many OU claims. It was time for him to give back to the community and he failed the litmus test.  Karma. End of Story
