Last time I checked, it is now June of 2015..... 21 years after that article, with its claims, was published.

Yet Frolov and everyone else concerned are still buying their electricity from their local grids. None of them have won Nobels for their "overunity" discovery, none have ever demonstrated a self-looped system.  They have had TWENTY ONE YEARS to demonstrate the validity of their claims, and they haven't been able to do it.

I'll leave it to EMJunkie, aka the insulting false claimant Chris Sykes, to explain just why that is.

You have nothing _but_ words. I, however, have better _real and demonstrated results_ that top anything you or your sycophants have ever demonstrated.

Frolov is legendary, all right: another legendary false claimant who has been around for many years and who still has not won any of the hundreds of thousands of dollars in "overunity or free energy" prizes that are up for grabs; who still is buying his electric power from the local grid, and who still cannot show any self-looped self runners, in spite of the multiple claims he and his cohorts have claimed.

Just like you.

You cannot support your claims with actual data and demonstrations, and neither can "your friends" who work in secret out of fear of being proven wrong.  If they even exist at all.
