Well.... somebody from Lithuania has already copied my Coil Shorting Shunt Motor demo video and posted it on _his_ channel....with comments disabled.... and it has already gotten 236 views on _his_ channel. And on my channel it has 311 views and 25 thumbs ups. And it has only been up for less than 20 hours.

So I'm expecting to hear from the MiBs any time now.

Hey TK, I forgot to mention last post that my new computer I just put together blue screened near the end of watching your video, "all new parts too". I also had the OUR site open in browser (FF) you tube in another tab. Windows 8.1, the screen went blue with a sad face on it and the speakers made a weird reverb sound. hehehehe. gotta love windows. 

Do you think that means the M.I.B. are already onto you ? Kidding.. Personally I won't freak out about it because it must be a coincidence. Sooner or later I think most windows computers chuck the blue screen fit. Some kind of conflict or something probably never happen again.

Just thought I would mention it.

Speaking of microsoft, it is a bit cheeky of them to encourage everyone to sign in to the computer with a "Microsoft account ID" to be able to use the store apps. Thats sucky

But meanwhile, back in the city... here's my preliminary demonstration of the "coil shorting" in this little shunt motor. I short the stator (field) coils through a diode, and then through a car brake light bulb. This is pretty much the same scheme that SEYCHELLES diagrammed some pages back, except I'm only using a single diode and I'm not about to rewind these field (stator) coils without a darn good reason. No, it doesn't keep running if I do the switch thing as in SEYCHELLES diagram -- maybe I need a washing machine motor for that part. But what it does do is pretty interesting anyway. Draw your own conclusions from that.

Thanks for showing this test and hopefully some more would come as your time and mood permits.      
Indeed what the shunting does is pretty interesting.  The lamp may have approximately a 6 Ohm running resistance, right?  From the net I find its spec as cca 2.1 Amper at 13V
