How exactly does it work?
I only know that beryllium is a source of neutrons.

with a needle in beryllium put in rotation, and subject to an energy ionizing type lightning can run 2 pairs of hydrogen atoms creating a centrifugal force to an atomic basis that is able to open an atom amplifying its absolute vacuum central. once this vacuum is  'primed and' is sufficient maneuver
