Another important bit of advice:  if you have a invention that someone just invested $5.5 million in addition to the $10 million of your own money spent and years perfecting it is strongly advised as your fiduciary duty to all concerned to secure international patent protection in 40 different countries before you inform, educate and disclose to the world how your unique technology works. Unless you want to fully disclose and open source your one of a kind transformational technology to everyone then I applaud your altruism like I am doing by sharing this information about Joi that I read about back in October, 2015 at the  Revolution-Green website that Mark Danse published about Joi Scientific.  Hopefully someone here will be able to obtain a  license, manufacture, sell or distribute said technology. Employment opportunities for technical and engineering jobs at the KSC are now available. Without any money just using the www I linked Joi Scientific up with a small company called Agess Inc who is playing a big role in helping restore the largest lake in California called the Salton Sea. Great, is this really good evidence? Come on, be real!

My advice is that the inventor shuts up and keeps a very low profile till he has patented his invention.

Running around proclaiming an invention of grand importance without evidence is just mad. It destroys ones credibility immediately. Why not wait the few months till patenting is done (when one makes a great announcement one only needs an application date, not a granted patent) and then the great speeches and promises.

I rather suspect, that there is not much to be patented, hence the secrecy. It most probably is an old technology, known since years and not utilised. And the reason why it was ignored is most likely that it is not that great. And this fact was not widely published at the original time of the invention. Someone made that invention long ago and found out after much testing that the initial expectation could not be met in reality.

And now a new "inventor" takes this idea and has not yet realised its (not so easy to see) draw backs.

That is how I see the story. Pure speculation, but the behaviour of the Joy Riders suggests that very strongly.

Every "normal person" (who does not have to hide something) puts together all evidence and all proof and then steps forward with the evidence and the proof readily available and properly patented. To reverse that order of happenings just spells trouble, scam or premature joy.

I think that they have not realised the draw backs yet and have trouble getting consistent and well founded results, but they are running out of money. Therefore premature grand standing and the hope to solve the impossible later. But real inventions usually can not be forced with money. It costs money to market and to manufacture something, but a bad invention can not be turned into a good one with money.

Traver Kennedy must have disclosed something to have a well know investment banker who had his self appointed close friends who are energy and technology professionals suggest that the co-founder of GoPro to invest  $5.5 million dollars into Joi Scientific. Now the investor sits on the board of Joi. The use of NDA's are also a good tool to protect the technology until it has secured international patents. Sometimes inventors withhold key information of the pantent application to protect the exact illegal manufacturing of said technology that happens quite a bit in China and throughout the world. In the last 25 years of trying to help nascent hydrogen and new energy technologies there has never before a group of highly talented and world renowned business and technology leaders staking their reputation by working as one cogent force to make this highly disruptive technology a success. So many people are still fascinated with Stanley Allen Meyer water fuel cell to power a car running on water. In fact we all know it still is being worked. Now the credibility factor for all who are involved with Joi Scientific is reassuring. There have been many highly educated energy skeptics who approached Joi Scientific but once they signed the NDA and learned about how the process used for a self sustaining hydrogen on demand fuel made from water they have been won over.
