vaccuum insulation?

I was fishing and believe we are in agreement even though we have never managed to correlate
this finding on our own in a straight forward manner. A vaccuum conducts. I hope farther interest
in this subject will continue. It points to the fact the vessel containing the vaccuum is not empty.
How were we directed away from this simple fact for so long? It's been in our face all this time
and we all know about it, and what's left in the vessel with a vaccuum was there before the
vaccuum was created.Does the cosmic latice and ether exist as theoried by tesla.I have a lot more
reading to do and have no idea what curcuits to build to prove or disprove this theory.But some-
thing exists that either conducts or semi-conducts, that is for certin.

There is entirely to much info on lectures and quote from Tesla on the net, this information
would be a century old. I only trust two college lectures as being partially credible, and one of
them is not complete. Oddy enough I found a claim that a record has recently surfaced from
inside a helmet. That's beyound convenient. I'm tired of being misdirected, misinformed, and
and waisting time going though all the fake crap. The Russian archives produced some credible
information right after the collapse of the Soveit Union, unfortunately I don't read Russian so
if anyone who does has read this info, could you please sumerise the contents.
