They need to change that, sometimes mistakes are made.

The window used to be longer but that caused problems when "certain parties" would go back, long after a post was made and replied to, and they would change the content of those old posts. So the 24-hour window is a compromise, giving you plenty of time to correct mistakes but not allowing the changing of history.

So you see, the circuit posted by skywatcher is incorrect and you shoukd not build it because it will burn up.


Please take the schematic of the" light your whole house joule thief. " down . It has problems. Evidently the components used for the bread board design were different in some way. That circuit will burn up.

You shouldn't copy from other sites as the informstion could be copyrighted.
I wanted to take it down but this stupid forum won't let me, so do not build it.
