Swastik in true motion

Namastey,
I am from India,  I find, Swastika as a symbol of self moving system, when one person push  horizontal lever arm of "Resting position Swastika" (please see attached file), Over balanced swastik will be in action by gravity. and again push horizontally. Torque will be in action. Human power can  generate electricity on wind turbine or use the same on flywheel. I need good person who can help me to improve algodoo animation.

How do you swing the quarter moon shape device ?
Is it synchronized to the Swastika movement somehow ?

Thanks, This moon shape piece is just to push horizontal lever arm, because human power was not possible for me to show as initial input. moon shape pendulum is used in animation. Once in motion can be synchronized with swastik.
