What's the smallest wattage solar panel that will give me an equal 12 volt charge that a fully charged 1.2 amp 12 volt battery has?  That's my only question.
Here is my setup I have developed that produces radiant energy that I am burning off using a led bulb.
Considering selling it outright or the plans by themselves  Let me know if interested.
