Take a standard SMOT, I built on of two long neo magnets, steel ball and a aluminum rail ( tube IC chips came in).  And it would
launch the ball no problem.

Now add a piece at the finish end of the ramp so the ball will bounce back and plastic sides to the rail so it will stay inline.

Would this run up and bounce back, or eventually settle at the top of the ramp (finish).
