Not really a 'half baked idea', but I did not know where else to post this.

Hello all,
I was wondering does anyone know if the Alexander motor has been successfully replicated. Or even attempted? I know Al Francouer at some time tried a thing or two but not much info on that one. Even the patent states straight forward that it is like 3 time over unity. It seems also quite easy to make. You just need to modify the right type of motor. So if anyone has some info on this one please post it here.
