What is Steho?

What is Steho?

Hi justawatt. As you may already know, 'Steho Energy AG' is/was a German company that has worked
with people like Stepanov and Akula. It was run by Arthur Tränkle (at least in the past). Stepanov is the
guy furthest to the right in the picture you posted. Arkady Stepanov has one or more patent applications
for a special type of transformer. I would guess that the Steho mentioned here is relating to the original company
of the same name since Stepanov is in that picture. Another key person in that original company was
a guy named Vladimir Khoryakov, who also apparently has one or more patent applications of his own.
