Well.Yes you need money because this site is for personal data storage, while downloading others data over 1MB require some kind of monthly subscription fee.

I have never seen any video regarding Fabrice Andre that showed anything that looked
convincingly like over unity. I haven't heard anything new about him in a couple of years however.
I don't know if he has come out with anything more convincing in the last couple of years.
What he showed a few years ago didn't seem to indicate anything other than he was experimenting
with a Kapanadze setup, and he gave no indication what he was basing his circuit design on.
No signs of OU in the videos of him that I saw.
