Here they are using slip ring rotor induction motor ,i think instead of resistor they are using light bulb as resistor

Why do you think that is a slip ring induction motor?  You can clearly see the diodes that are changing the AC to DC to run the motor.  That looks like a normal DC motor that they have tapped off of to supply power for the lights.  I see nothing to suggest there is no back EMF.

Hi justawatt. I personally am not very knowledgeable about electric motors.

That group is interesting however as they also have a small solid state device which
they claim is over unity, and it appears to be self running in their video demos:

Although a few of them at least appear to be Russian, for some reason they are based in South Korea.

All the best...

can some one identify this motor

Here is a link to a motor very similar to the one in the video.  You will notice it has the connection box on the side and the covers over the brushes just like the one in the video.  The one in the link appears to have a gear reduction unit on the output end but that doesn't change the operation of the motor.

Induction motors work on AC only.  As I posted before there are clearly diodes connected to the input of that motor in the video.  That means the motor has to be running on DC.

Respectfully,
Carroll

PS: I have worked on many motors just like them.
