I found these links on another forum.

The magnetic monopole patent was filed by Boyd Bushman when he was with Lockheed Martin and shouldn't be too difficult to replicate. This is what the patent says "This beam is a magnetic monopole which emits pulses, levitates, degausses, stops electronics and separates materials"
